Create A Zone
Before you create rates for a zone:
Enable DingDoong app in your Shipping zones
A zone is a group of all zip codes that are configured with the same delivery rates.
Some steps to create a zone:
Step 1: Enter a name for your zone
This is for internal use only and will not be shown to your customers, so you can type whatever you want but make it recognizable
Example: Use Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3,... to differentiate the zones you are setting rates for
Step 2: Add applicable zip codes
Click "Zip codes to include" to add the zip codes to the above-created zone. If you set up delivery rates for the zone, all of the zip codes that are part of the zone will have these delivery rates applied
Example: 99501, 99502, 99510, 99524,...
Click "Zip codes to exclude" to remove the zip codes from the above-created zone. If you set up delivery rates for the zone, all of the zip codes that are excluded from the zone will not have these delivery rates applied
Example: 99501, 99502, 99510, 99524,...
As many zones as you want can be created. To continue, simply click Add delivery rate by zone and repeat the process. Please make sure the zip codes are unique to each zone.
