• To update status of your orders, please select "Update status"

Then, choose which state you want to update for your order

  • Due Date: Today, Tomorrow, No Date, or a Custom Date Range.

• Fulfillment Method: Store Pickup, Local Delivery, or Shipping.

• Location: The location you have set up in our app

• Status: Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, Ready for Pickup, Ready for Delivery, Ready for Dispatched.

• Combine multiple filters for more refined results.

5. Product summary export

To export product summary for preparing orders, choose orders you want to summarize and "Export to CSV"

• View a breakdown of all products that need to be prepared. See sample to view

6. Bulk order editing

• Edit multiple orders at once to save time.

• Update order statuses, fulfillment details, and other key information in bulk.

7. Export reports

• Export order details for better analysis and record-keeping.

• Choose between exporting:

  • Current page orders – Export only the orders visible on the current page.

  • All orders – Export the entire order report across multiple pages.

• Exported reports are available in CSV format for easy integration with spreadsheets or other analytics tools.
