What happens when a cart has different products with different rules?

If a cart contains only one product activated by an override rule, the override rule will be applied to the entire cart.

Product A: General rules: prep day 1, delivery range 5

Product B: Override rules: prep day 2, delivery range 3

The entire cart (following the override rule of Product B): prep day 2, delivery range 3

If a cart contains multiple products activated by different override preparation days, the cart will use the earliest or the latest date rule (up to you)

Earliest: When having multiple prep day and delivery range, use the shortest prep day rule and the biggest delivery range

Latest: When having multiple prep day and delivery range, use the longest prep day rule and the smallest delivery range

Eg:

Product A: Override rules: prep day 1, delivery range: 3

Product B: Override rules: prep day 2, delivery range: 5

The cart (following the earliest date): prep day 1, delivery range 5

The cart (following the latest date): prep day 2, delivery range 3

If a cart includes products with override rules for both preparation days and available dates, and the available dates fall before the delivery range, the cart will not display a date picker.

Product A: Override rules: Prep 3, delivery range: 3. If customers place an order on June 06, the available dates are from June 09 to June 11

Product B: Override rules: Available dates are only on June 07 and June 08

The cart doesn't show a date picker. Instead, a notification will prompt customers to contact the merchants for further assistance.

If a cart contains products with override rules for both preparation days and available dates, and the available dates are within or after the delivery range, the cart will only display the override available dates.
