Working Days

Tell DingDoong how your business operates by first deciding if you deliver all week or just specific days of the week.

All days of the week

If you choose all days of the week, you tell Dingdoong that you’re available to deliver every day (except Blackout dates/Holidays).
Go to Time Format & Limit Order to configure cut-off time, delay days and time slots for all days of the week
Every day of the week will follow the same time rule, including cut-off time, delay days, and time slots.

For instance, you only offer delivery service on Friday and Saturday, you want to use Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to collect&receive orders and Thursday to prepare them.
Go to Time Format & Limit Order to configure cut-off time, delay days, and time slots for specific days of the week
You are allowed to set different time rules, including cut-off time, delay days, limit orders and time slots for individuals days of the week
Please also note that you must select at least 1 working day. If you disable 6 days of the week, the final one will be unable to uncheck.
To save time, you can copy settings from the other day of the week. This will allow you to set up quicker with the ability to identically duplicate or provide a similar setting for each day of the week.
Typically, non-working days are included in prep time calculations. If you don't want to include them, change this in General Settings
