# FAQs

<details>

<summary>What is the purpose of the Custom CSS in the Delivery Date tab?</summary>

Custom CSS is used for adding some custom fields or themes for the date & time picker display at your storefront, apart from the certain changes supported by DingDoong.

<summary>What happens if my customers add 2 products to the cart, one only available for delivery and the other only for store pickup?</summary>

DingDoong are so regretful to inform that the case is currently not supported by our app, hence the date\&time picker would be hidden on the cart page until buyers pick the products activated by the same rules.&#x20;

We do this to minimize merchant losses if they are unable to meet the conflicting requests in the event that buyers pick either delivery or pickup method.

:point\_right:**Other scenarios should be taken into consideration:**

* Customers add product A, product B in the same cart. Product A is enabled by Delivery rules, Product B has no rules applied on it. DingDoong would display Delivery date & time at the storefront on the cart page for customers to pick.
* Customers add product A, product B in the same cart. Product A is enabled by Store Pickup rules, Product B has no rules applied on it. DingDoong wouldn't display any methods for customers to pick.

<summary>What timezone will my date picker operate in? Where to set up?</summary>

DingDoong allows merchants to customize their timezone in the onboarding section or the [How to create a test theme?](/how-to-create-a-test-theme.md)tab.

All the calendars shown at your storefront & date-time in the app will adhere to this timezone.&#x20;

If you want to activate the rule, put a tick in the box "*Require the delivery date before checkout*" in the [Broken mention](broken://pages/B5cuwRebh0Maf1LQGHlt)tab to set it up.
